I hope to serve as your compassionate guide on a transformative journey to embrace your whole, authentic self, with the understanding that your sexuality is Good, Beautiful, and Wonderfully complex, just as God made you— (Psalm 139:14 NLT).As a survivor of religious trauma, I understand firsthand the challenges of internal disintegration and the constant low-grade depression that stems from living a life misaligned in spirit, SOUL, and body. It's been a long road to overcome decades of battling feelings of inner rejection, struggling to focus, and perpetually striving to please others while sacrificing my needs and desires. It often felt like an uphill battle, yet emerging on the other side has left me feeling more whole, authentic, and happier.I'm deeply passionate about guiding individuals in navigating faith and sexuality, helping unlearn that which no longer serves us, reframing toxic faith & allowing Truth to lead you into a life of abundant flow.With a background as a Fortune 100 corporate chaplain and hospice chaplain, I bring a profound understanding of the human experience of coming into your whole self.
